This client decided that it was time to finish their old unfinished basement and provide some additional living space for the kids to play, and to host guests. Upon speaking with us, and after contacting 2 other competitors  for a proposal to finish and remodel their basement, they were happy with the ideas we had and the cost estimate that we provided.  So they decided that we where the best contractor for the basement finishing project that they wished to complete.   So we quickly got started in preparing to complete this local basement finishing project.
